Like a membership to the Jelly of the Month club, Burnout Paradise is the game that keeps on giving the whole year. Last week, Criterion unveiled an upcoming vehicle for which going 88 miles per hour would hold deeper meaning. Now, just one week later, they're just being silly, literally. Sometime in 2009, the "Toy cars Pack" (pictured above) will also be coming as DLC.
Unfortunately, the official announcement doesn't say whether or not these vehicles will receive special abilities like the Jansen 88 Special's hovering and burning tire tracks, but a 4x4 roughly twice the size of most vehicles should enable some kind of shenanigans.
